Growing up in Chicago's Humboldt Park community Miguel had one dream and it wasn't being a radio broadcaster... it was to be a famous singer representing the city he loves. Life hasnt turned out that way, but I dont think Miguel would want it any other way. Today, he is AM 1200's Chicago's Latino sports radio announcer for the Chicago Bulls, Blackhawks, and Cubs. Miguel has brought something to Chicago that has been missing for decades... And that is El Sabor Latino! Miguel has called some amazing games and plays in Spanish that today I still hear in my head! Be sure to catch this episode as we have real talk about real life.

"Born and raised in Chicago, I learned at a young age that community starts with us, the neighbors, made up of 77 communities, commitment, hard work and dedication. We're much more than just a second city. We are visionaries, we are creators, we are fans, we are friends, we are stories, stories that matter, like yours."
