In this episode, we’re sharing an awesome live panel we did back in July 2026 with Sony Music UK and Creative Mentor Network which was all about entry-level careers in the music business, with a focus on Sony Music UK and their fabulous internship programme. Applications for Sony Music UK’s internship scheme (starting January 2027) open on August 10th 2026 at 10am and close on August 24th 2026 at 10am.

We had loads of amazing and engaged folks in the room but as numbers were limited, we thought we’d put this panel out so you all can hear the fab advice that came from our insightful and inspiring panellists Asma Abdu (Digital Marketing Manager, Robots + Humans), Charlotte Tindle (Talent Acquisition, Sony Music), Shanice Edwards (A&R Manager, Since ’93/RCA), and your old pal Silv, (Silvia Gargiulo, Founder of BIY People & Talent).
