Jennifer Bott is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with deep personal and professional insight into the challenges of the sandwich generation. Married and the mother of three young adult children, Jennifer balances part-time work as a mental health therapist while helping manage her husband’s business. She also shares her home with her 81-year-old mother, stepping into the day-to-day responsibilities of caregiving. Passionate about honest conversations around boundaries, caregiving, and finding balance in a full season of life, Jennifer volunteers with a foundation that supports metastatic breast cancer patients with financial needs.
