  • Farting in Relationships, Commitment Anxiety, and Social Media Signals: Dear Guyset
    2025/12/16

In this Dear Guyset episode, I answer the questions guys actually search for but rarely say out loud.

I start with a big one: how to handle farting in a relationship, especially early on when you are trying to avoid making things awkward. Then I get into commitment anxiety and the real question behind it: how do you know if you are ready for a relationship, or are you just scared you will mess up something good?

I also break down what it means if a girl likes your Instagram story, why an Instagram story like can be a form of indirect flirting, and what to do when it feels like the ball is suddenly in your court.

I talk about dating uncertainty, mixed messages, rejection, and the pressure guys feel to have everything figured out before they commit. Just the honest perspective from someone who has been there and is still figuring it out too.

    The questions I answer timestamped:

02:32 – How do you handle farting in a relationship?
09:27 – What does it mean if a girl likes your Instagram story?
    14:03 – She said she's not ready for a relationship. Is that a cop-out?
    18:37 – How do I know if I'm ready for a relationship?
29:59 – My girlfriend never plans dates. How do I ask her to plan more?
39:10 – Next Dear Guyset question preview

  • Is It Bad To Be Jealous of My Friends?
    2025/12/09

Feeling jealous of a friend and not sure what that says about you? In this episode, I break down what jealousy actually means, why it shows up, and how it can reveal way more about your life than you think.

This question came straight from a listener who asked, Is it bad to be jealous of my friend? My short answer is no. My real answer needed a full episode. A lot of guys wonder the same thing and also ask, Why do I get jealous of my friends and how do I stop it? Jealousy is one of the most common emotions guys feel, and most of us have no idea what to do with it.

I talk about why "jealousy is rooted in insecurity. And I mean deeply rooted in insecurity" and how it can function as an indicator, a mirror, or even a motivator if you learn how to use it. I also get into the messy parts no one wants to admit. The comparisons. The resentment. The quick thoughts you do not mean but still feel.

By the end of this episode, you will walk away knowing what your jealousy is actually trying to tell you and how to turn it into something positive instead of something that eats at your confidence.

If you have ever compared yourself to a friend, felt behind, or wondered why someone else has something you want, this one will hit home. And like I say in the episode, "If one person's thinking that, at least 10 or a million other guys are feeling that way too."

  • Borrowed Confidence
    2025/12/02

Ever wanted to borrow someone's confidence? Well now you can. In this episode, I break down the mindset shift that helped me stop overthinking, start taking action, and actually feel more confident in situations I used to avoid altogether. If you've ever looked at someone and wondered how they walk into a room like they belong there, or how they talk to people so easily, or how they seem unfazed by the things that make you second guess yourself, this episode is for you.

I talk about what "borrowing confidence" really means and why it is the most practical version of fake it till you make it. You can literally try on someone else's confidence the same way you'd try on a jacket. You study what they do, you put the mindset on for a few minutes, and you see how it fits. And if it works, it becomes yours. If it doesn't, you return it and try something else. It is that simple.

In this episode, I share exactly how I used this idea in real life. Learning how to speak up in meetings by watching someone with decades more experience. Borrowing someone's social confidence to walk up to a girl at a bar. Using Alix Earle's consistency framework to build my own posting schedule. And most recently, channeling Emma Chamberlain on a red carpet while interviewing the Succession cast for the first time. All of it came from studying people who already had what I wanted and using their momentum to build my own.

This episode is packed with real examples, practical stories, and a clear framework you can use today. Borrow someone's confidence. Borrow their mindset. Borrow their discipline. Borrow whatever trait you need until it becomes yours. That is how you build the version of yourself you've been trying to become.

If you feel stuck, unsure of yourself, dealing with self-doubt or imposter syndrome, or tired of wondering why other people seem so confident, start here. Confidence is not something you wait for. It is something you borrow until it becomes part of you.
