You know what we keep in the back of our mind, that if we just tell ourselves over and over its not true, it will just go away? I name a few of these yucky feelings we just don't want to be true, but they are...as with the title "Hard". I go through some hard truths, hard feelings on our realities of every day life. Have you found yourself in the position of a bereaved parent, or someone who knows of a person who has lost a child? I am hopeful that this episode may enlighten you of things not to say, and things you can do as a bereaved parent and as a friend or family member of a bereaved parent.

Welcome Back! Sometimes when we pray, we may feel like God isn't hearing us, or our prayers are going unanswered. I know I have felt this many times.
