Greg Holmsen joins Greg Rogers for Episode 3 of Coalition of Willing.

Known to most as Zig, Greg’s story moves from Merredin and a third-generation family shoe business, through retail growth, pressure, reinvention, and the eventual creation of The Philippines Recruitment Company.

From the outside, it can look like reinvention.

From the inside, Zig says, it felt more like survival.

This conversation covers school, confidence, family business, backing yourself, debt, pressure, people, culture, international recruitment, changing lives through Filipino talent, the bucket system, removing choice, choosing your hard, and seeing life through a different lens.

At the centre of it all is one question:

What sort of life do you want?

Come join the herd.
