In Mark 6:30–34, the disciples return from ministry weary and in need of rest. Jesus invites them to come away with Him, but their retreat is interrupted by a crowd waiting on the shore.

    What Jesus sees changes everything.

Where others might see an inconvenience, Jesus sees people “like sheep without a shepherd,” and He is moved with compassion.

In this message from the Do You See Him? series, “The Shepherd Who Sees You,” we discover the heart of the Good Shepherd who sees our weariness, our wandering, and our deepest need—and calls us to Himself.

  • Find Your Place | Matthew 11:28-30

Where do I belong? It's a question most of us ask at some point in life. The world often tells us that belonging must be earned through performance, success, or having everything together. Jesus offers something radically different.

In Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus invites the weary and burdened: “Come to me…and I will give you rest.” In this Back to Church Sunday message, we explore what it means to come to Christ, take His yoke, learn from Him, and find rest for our souls.

With supporting passages from Isaiah 55:1–3, 6–7; Galatians 5:25; and Ephesians 2:19–22, we see that God's grace not only calls us to Christ but teaches us to walk by the Spirit and brings us into the household of God.

Finding your place isn't ultimately about finding where you fit in a church building. It's discovering where you belong in Christ. In Him, the stranger becomes family, the wandering sinner can come home, and the weary soul finds rest.

  • Jerusalem to Rome | This Is What Was Spoken | Acts 2:14-21

In Episode 5 of Jerusalem to Rome, “This Is What Was Spoken,” we examine Acts 2:14–21 as Peter stands with the Eleven to explain the extraordinary events of Pentecost. Peter does not begin with speculation or personal experience—he begins with Scripture, declaring that the outpouring of the Holy Spirit fulfills the promise God gave through the prophet Joel.

What does Pentecost reveal about the last days, the Spirit’s work among all God’s people, and the approaching Day of the Lord? Peter concludes with a sweeping promise: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” But that promise raises the question that leads us into the next episode: Who is this Lord upon whom we must call?
