  • Family on Mission | ryan peterson
    2026/09/14

    09.13.26

The picture we see of family in the Old Testament is a grim one, yet a source of hope to use as a blueprint. It’s a wonder how a family survived after you look at the depth of the dysfunction that has been passed on for generations. We see rampant sins piled up that are deep and wide. The end of the Old Testament gives a stark warning of a curse on the land if we don’t figure this out. Fortunately, we have someone who does not come to get rid of our past, but to rebuild a new family. Jesus is the master builder who comes to break the curse off the land and our families if we build it as He designs. What does family look like in the New Testament? Is it a white picket fence with a swing set in the back, the parents living with low cholesterol, and setting up their retirement? Or did Jesus come to bring a family on mission because the stakes of hell and sin are high? As we begin our series on how to manage the household, let’s ask for God’s heart for His design of family—to build what He wants to sustain. Jesus didn’t come to give us nice, cordial families. He came to build families that carry His mission.

  • Lessons from Ruth: Redemption, Reconciliation, & Restoration | Dan Lyle
    2026/09/09

    09.06.26

This week we follow the story of Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz and see a physical representation of a spiritual truth: there is possibility for true redemption (freedom), reconciliation (peace), and restoration (wholeness), no matter how difficult life’s circumstances. In this process, we learn that mere proximity to Jesus is insufficient for the lasting provision that we desperately need. In order to receive true and lasting redemption, reconciliation, and restoration, what’s needed is genuine relationship: Abiding in Christ.

  • Baptism: A Great Cost | Keith Golightly
    2026/08/31

    08.29.26

Water baptism is much more than a symbolic act—it is a costly declaration that Jesus has our complete allegiance. Following Jesus requires us to surrender our reputation, relationships, resources, rights, control, and ultimately ourselves. But the cost of following Christ is not punishment or consequence; it is sacrifice, and what we sacrifice pales in comparison to what we gain in Him. Through Christ, we receive His presence, freedom, provision, purpose, eternal life, and the promise of sharing in His glory. Are you willing to surrender everything to follow Jesus, or is something you fear losing standing between you and the life He is calling you to live?

  • Abundance and Acceleration: Part 2 | ryan peterson
    2026/08/24

    08.23.26

John 2 reminds us that Jesus can take what normally requires a long, rigorous process and accomplish it in a moment. In a season of acceleration, God is inviting us to slow down enough to recognize His activity, trust His character, obey His voice, and participate in what He is doing. Like the servants at Cana, our responsibility is not to manufacture the miracle but to fill the jars, draw the water, and carry what Jesus has transformed. God may accelerate circumstances, but His greater work is accelerating character, maturity, healing, restoration, and fruitfulness —turning what has been empty, broken, or delayed into something that ultimately brings glory to Him and blessing to others.

  • SEEK WEEK: Seek First | Keith Golightly
    2026/08/17

    08.16.26

What does your daily pursuit reveal about what you actually live for? We spend endless energy chasing direction, security, purpose, and answers, yet rarely stop to ask if we are seeking anything of eternal value. Scripture reveals that seeking God isn’t a panic button reserved for moments of desperation—it is an intentional, daily pursuit that shapes how we live, think, choose and respond. But what happens when seeking Him transforms from a mere spiritual discipline into the ultimate defining passion of our lives? As we approach Seek Week, consider this: what you seek today determines where you end up tomorrow. If what you chase shapes who you become, what are you really pursuing, and why?

  • Abundance and Acceleration | ryan peterson
    2026/08/10

    08.09.26

Over the past season, God has been taking us through a Holy Transition—from crowds to commissioned, from acquaintances to intimacy, and from waiting to birthing—and now He is inviting us into a season of abundance and acceleration. But biblical abundance is never about personal comfort or prosperity; it is about greater responsibility, deeper dependence on God, and making room for others like Peter in Luke 5:1-11. But like James and John, God is calling some of us to join others as God pours out abundance on them, rather than sitting on the shores of apathy, bitterness, or sulking in insecurity. God isn’t simply looking for people who are familiar with His Word—He’s looking for people who will do His Word, developing not just the outward systems but the inward character to sustain God’s abundance in this season of acceleration.

  • Is God Enough? | Thomas Toguchi
    2026/08/03

    08.02.26

Is God enough, or do we value His gifts more than His face? How easily do we distort the gospel, turning God into a mere tool to get heaven, peace, or purpose? 1 Peter 3:18 and John 17:3 remind us that God Himself is the gospel. Every good gift—family, career, provision—is meant to point us back to the Giver, serving as a means to know Him more deeply. Yet, when blessings become idols, our hearts grow cold. What do you truly treasure: Would heaven satisfy us if Christ were not there? True eternal life is not just escaping hell or gaining earthly blessings, but joyfully laying down everything for the supreme worth of knowing Jesus. Like the merchant seeking the pearl of great price, discovering God’s ultimate value transforms sacrifice into pure joy.

  • Walking In the Presence of God | Jimmy Coxe
    2026/07/27

    07.26.26

To truly abide in Christ, we must learn to live entirely in the present moment. God is eternal, meaning He exists outside of linear time—He lives in the “now.” Therefore, the only place we can actively encounter and experience God is in the present. Are you awake to His presence now? Do you desire that? Jesus made it possible on Calvary. Let’s take Him with us everywhere we go. His promise is “ I’ll never leave or forsake you.” That’s good news right there!
