  • Episode 11 - The Fourth was Fourthing
    2026/07/11

This week on Good Quality Shit, we're recapping our entire Fourth of July weekend—from river days, beach hangs, surfing, and sleeping in a camper to chasing the perfect tan and going all out with red, white, and blue body paint for the USA vs. Belgium match. We relive the laughs, the chaos, and the moment the weekend took a turn when a bike got stolen.

Also, we're bringing back everyone's favorite segments Rate My Fart. We have two juicy farts that need to be rated, judged, and discussed, and trust us... you're going to want to hear them.

Grab a drink, settle in, and relive one wildly American weekend with us. As always, nothing is off-limits—just good stories, questionable decisions, and some Good Quality Shit.

  • Episode 10 - Red, White & Good Quality Shit
    2026/07/03

This week on Good Quality Shit, we’re celebrating Freedom Week talking about BBQ food, reliving questionable firework decisions, and confidently rating America on a completely unqualified scale.

We kick things off with our favorite Fourth of July traditions, backyard chaos, and the eternal debate: hot dogs or hamburgers? From grill masters vs plate holders to firework fails that should probably stay in the past, nothing is off-limits.

Then we get into peak summer energy—USA soccer watch parties, the most American summer activity.

Grab a drink, find a lawn chair, and join us for a very patriotic, slightly unhinged episode of Good Quality Shit. 🇺🇸

  • Episode 9 - We Tried to Rest… Instead We Did Everything
    2026/06/26

This week on Good Quality Shit, we’re keeping it simple and recapping a very full weekend.

Caroline flew home to Sacramento and packed in a kid’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, bike rides along the lake, paddle boarding, a Father’s Day dinner, and about four hours of pickleball (arguably too much). Right before leaving, there was even time for one more bike ride.

Meanwhile, Erin spent the weekend in full auntie mode—basically living in the pool with her niece and testing out her new Dutch oven by making a peach crisp.

It ended up being one of those weekends that somehow feels both relaxing and nonstop at the same time. We’re breaking it all down—everything we did, what stood out, and how it all fit into a couple of very packed days.

  • Episode 8 - Reel Therapy
    2026/06/19

This week on A Good Quality Shit - We listened to your feedback… and yes, we mostly kept the poop talk to a minimum. Progress! Then we dive into Erin’s boyfriend’s birthday fishing trip to Ensenada, where we recap everything from life on the boat and fishing adventures to the unexpected moments that made the trip memorable. As always, we somehow end up on a few completely unrelated tangents, because staying on topic has never really been our thing. Tune in for laughs, stories, and a good quality amount of chaos.

  • Episode 7 - A Shitty Start to a Healthy Conversation
    2026/06/12

This week on Good Quality Shit, we begin with a completely unnecessary but very important poop update after a spicy-food-related incident that occurred just days after our last poop episode. It quickly spirals into a conversation about diets, workouts, counting macros, eating Whole Foods, bone broth, protein goals, and the endless pursuit of becoming healthier humans.

We discuss what we're currently doing, what we've tried in the past, and the health trends we've willingly participated in. It's part poop update, part wellness check-in, and completely on brand for us.

Come for the poop story. Stay for the protein.

  • Episode 6 - Dropping the Kids Off At the Pool
    2026/06/05
Warning: Do not listen while eating.

This week on Good Quality Shit, we dedicate an entire episode to the one thing every human has in common but nobody wants to discuss. From legendary poop stories and courtesy flush etiquette to vacation constipation, pooping in front of your significant other, and why some friend groups somehow end up with dedicated poop chats, no topic is off limits.

It’s immature. It’s unnecessary. It’s probably our most educational episode yet.

  • Episode 5 - This is Our Hill
    2026/05/29
This week on Good Quality Shit, we’re talking about the completely unnecessary opinions we’re weirdly committed to aka the hills we’ll die on for no logical reason whatsoever. We’re defending dogs being better than humans (because obviously), debating electric vehicles like we’re engineers, getting way too passionate about free the nipple, and cautiously side-eyeing artificial intelligence like it’s about to take our jobs and our personalities. Zero expertise. Maximum confidence. Questionable morals. Enjoy. Also, Erin is back!

  • Episode 4 - From Bidets to Buckets
    2026/05/23
This week on Good Quality Shit, I traded Japan’s luxury bidets for bucket flushes and pure survival mode in the Philippines. We’re talking brutal humidity, hostel chaos, no toilet paper anywhere, island hopping, whale sharks, canyoneering, diving shipwrecks, rum-fueled boat nights, and the realization that shitting internationally is harder than it should be.

From Cebu to Coron to El Nido, this episode is full of culture shock, backpacker chaos, tropical adventures, and the moments that humbled me physically, emotionally, and hygienically. Basically the Philippines was beautiful… but I was sweating the entire time.
