Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

We are not ignorant of the devil's devices. We know he’s full of dirty tricks and tactics, always trying to take advantage of where we lack information.

The Bible gives us a heads-up and tells us to put on the whole armour, not part of it, but the whole armour. It is important to equip ourselves with the Word because in it is our defence and offence! If you do not put on the whole armour, then you’re partially exposed and will get taken advantage of like Eve.

Always make it a point to take time to study the Word and pray also because if you have the Word alone, you will blow up, if you have the Spirit alone, you will dry up, but if you have the Word and the Spirit, you will grow up and stand against the wiles of the devil.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I fully arm myself with the Word of God. The devil has no hold on me in Jesus' Name! Amen.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Since the fall of Adam, man became spiritually dead and plagued with all manner of afflictions. But then came our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to restore us to that former glory with the Father.

As you have received Him, you were translated from the kingdom of darkness into His glorious Kingdom of Light. The word ‘salvation’ is the word sozo, which means nothing missing, nothing broken. So, the salvation you have received means nothing should be missing and nothing broken in your life.

There is the salvation of your soul, which you received unto eternal life. There is also the salvation of your health, your prosperity and everything else about your life, which ought to be realised and appropriated so that you walk in the more abundant life as the Lord Jesus declared it.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I will draw from the wells of salvation, the salvation of health, of my relationships, of my finances in Jesus' Name! Amen.

And Saul spake to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, that they should kill David.

You’ve been born again, been spirit-filled, been anointed, and perhaps even received a prophetic word, but still, things appear to not be moving in the direction you had expected. More so, things appear to have taken a turn for the worst!

Well, before you throw the dummy out of the pram, look at the life of David. He was chosen by God Himself and anointed from the horn by Samuel, the major prophet of that time, yet look at how he ran for his life as an outcast, sleeping in caves and even acting like a madman to disguise himself.

So you might be going through some turbulent times, with the money always ending before the month ends. Hang tight and keep pressing in. Look at how it turned around for King David, a man whom God said was after His heart! In this Year of the Chainbreaker, it is turning around for you, in Jesus' mighty Name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am fully persuaded by this Good News. Whatever comes my way, I am staying the course till I emerge victorious in the Name of Jesus! Amen.

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

As Christians, we follow the perfect example that our Lord Jesus Christ set for us. As we look at how He conducted himself, we see that He was always moved by compassion to do good to other people. Even when He knew it would cause controversy against Him, He did it anyway.

Today, as you go about your business, do not withhold being a blessing to someone you will encounter who is in dire need of a warm smile, a kind word, a helping hand, whatever it may be. Always have the attitude of being the choice instrument that God is using to touch the lives of people in need. Go ahead, show love and share some good news with somebody today who desperately needs to hear it.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am a distributor of good news, a doer of good deeds whom God can reliably call upon because I never hold back, in Jesus’ Name! Amen.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Words carry so much power, both positive and negative, so much to the point that the Bible tells us life and death are subject to the tongue. That is why putting a premium on your words is so important. As a born-again Christian, you have been made a king and a priest... even a god! As the Bible says, “ye are gods" (Psalms 82:6; John 10:34).

This makes you even more dangerous than any non-believer because, as a king, your words are a decree which becomes law; as a priest, you speak for your household; as a god… your words have a very potent creative ability and very lethal destructive ability. So it is imperative to put a premium on your words, and create the world you desire to live in and build up those around you.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My words carry too much power; I speak prosperity in my life, I speak health in my life, and I cancel any negative words spoken against me, in Jesus' Name! Amen.

James 3:1-10

This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.

The devil is persistent in his mission to bring you down. He will push and push to see what he can get away with in your life and when he succeeds in one area, he will keep going for another for as long as you allow him.

Goliath taunted the army of Israel to the extent that Saul and his army were fearful and would not go against him in battle until a young shepherd boy stood up and took charge of the situation. As you read in the scripture above, he began to declare exactly what he was going to do and why. Rather than succumbing to the storms in life, take charge like David did and be the one to bring your whole generation out of bondage.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I take back control of every area of my life infiltrated by the devil, in Jesus' Name! Amen.

Mark 4:39

1 Corinthians 14:4 (KJV)

He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

There is power to be realised through prayer. Apostle Paul realised this power for him to thank God that he spoke in tongues more than all the people that were there. He was reaping the benefits.

Today, I want you to realise the power you wield through prayer and how to channel it so that you see the manifestation of your prayers. When you pray in tongues, you edify yourself; like a generator, you generate power. But that power has to be channelled to where it is required to take effect, just like a power generator has to have cables connected to the appliances that need the electricity. Similarly, the power you generate must be channelled to the thing you are praying for. Your thoughts must be focused on it, and you must visualize and see the answer. As you speak, your words are containers carrying the power to the thing you are praying for. Keep pushing until you get a note of victory!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am a power generator, and my words are the containers transporting that power to that stubborn situation. It will bow, in Jesus’ Name! Glory be to God.

Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

Did you hear that? The blessing of the Lord makes you rich with no strings attached. When God blesses you, you are blessed indeed. Notice that it is a singular blessing that contains everything you need in life. It compels you to be rich. The kind of prosperity without any stress, pain or suffering. This is the kind of life God wants you to have.

He says, "Labour not to be rich, cease from your own wisdom” (Proverbs 23:4). Focus on the blessing. As a child of God, your life must be a life of abundance. So, awaken to this reality of who you are now and what has been bestowed upon you. Be blessing-conscious and take advantage of the promises of God. You are the rich in Christ discovering your riches. Do not let the enemy whisper anything different to your ear.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

The Blessing of the Lord rests upon me. I am too blessed to be stressed. My eyes are open to discovering my riches in Christ. Riches with no sorrow in Jesus’ Name! Amen.
