Golf and Gospel is a podcast that bridges the game of golf with real conversations about faith, purpose, and life beyond the scorecard. Hosted by Geremy Davis and co-host Nate Wong, each episode dives into weekly professional golf storylines from tours like the PGA and LPGA while also exploring deeper spiritual themes centered on Jesus Christ.

Through match breakdowns, tournament recaps, player insights, and honest dialogue with special guests, Golf and Gospel highlights not just what’s happening in the game—but what’s happening in the hearts and lives of those who play it. The mission is to create a space where golf is the platform, but the gospel is the foundation.

Whether you’re a golfer, a fan of the game, or someone seeking encouragement in your faith journey, this podcast is designed to inspire, challenge, and point you toward something greater than the game itself.Copyright Geremy Davis

  • Scottie Scheffler Dominates Again, Ruoning Yin Finally Wins, Callaway and Good Good Split
    2026/08/31
Another week of great golf! The PGA Tour concluded the way they wanted it to, with Scottie Scheffler winning the Tour Championship by three strokes. Also — is Rory McIlroy burnt out? How can he revive his love for golf?

With the PGA Tour season coming to an end, we break down the moments of the year, the shot of the year, and the round of the year. What do you think?

Also, Ruoning Yin gets her first LPGA Tour victory in two years, beating a stacked field where all the top 10 players in the Rolex Rankings were in the field. Then we break down the Solheim Cup — who wins between the Europeans and Team USA?

With Callaway and Good Good breaking up, can we see a regression in YouTube golf?

And lastly, we talk about the importance of having good character among the Gentiles, so that they may not see us as evildoers but instead glorify God on the day of visitation (1 Peter 2:12). What got us on this topic? Scottie Scheffler’s antics on holes 17 and 18 in round three.

Miyu Yamashita grabs her second LPGA Tour victory of the season — can she (and the rest of the field) chase down Nelly Korda?

We also dig into the controversial video posted by Callaway and Good Good. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

And to close it out, our Gospel section asks the question: is God truly good?

  • Scottie Scheffler DOMINATES FedEx Playoffs + Jon Rahm Leaving LIV?!
    2026/08/17
Round 1 of the FedEx Cup Playoffs is in the books — and Scottie Scheffler is picking the perfect time to heat up. Scheffler cruised to an 8-shot win at the FedEx St. Jude Championship for his 2nd PGA Tour win of the season and 21st of his career. But the story doesn’t stop there.

🏌️ Jordan Spieth comes up short and misses advancing to the BMW Championship, joining a handful of big names on the outside looking in.

🏌️ Rory McIlroy didn’t have his best showing in Memphis and now has ground to make up heading into the BMW Championship.

🏌️ Jon Rahm rumors are swirling — reports suggest he could leave LIV Golf at the end of the 2026 season. What would that mean for the future of the tour?

⛳ On the LPGA side, Jeeno Thitikul picked up her 10th career win. The real question: when does one of those finally become a major?

🎙️ Plus — we’re joined by special guest and LPGA Tour player Jaye Marie Green, who opens up about motherhood, her return to the LPGA Tour, and what she’s learned through fellowship on tour.
Golf talk first, gospel message to close it out — that’s Golf & Gospel. 🙏⛳
