In this deeply personal episode, I share why I’ve been rethinking my long-held identity around “goddess” energy, divine feminine empowerment, manifestation, and sexual healing. I open up about how trauma, abuse, and the search for safety led me toward practices that once felt empowering, but that I now believe pulled me further away from God. From kundalini and Taoist-style sexual energy work to the broader messages of self-worship and hypersexualized culture, I reflect on what I embraced, why it appealed to me, and why I’ve chosen to renounce it. I also talk about surrender, forgiveness, spiritual warfare, and the peace I’ve found through a more personal relationship with Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit. My hope with this conversation is not to force agreement, but to invite honest reflection—especially for anyone who has tried to reclaim pain through power, sexuality, or self-invention. If you’ve ever confused relief for healing, or control for safety, this episode is my invitation to pause, question what’s really serving your soul, and consider what it means to truly come back to center.✝️ Get the 11x LOVE Masterclass for FREE https://djvalerieblove.com/11xlove ~ Join the LOVE Tribe for FREE!https://djvalerieblove.com/community~ Thank You for Supporting the LOVE Mission! https://djvalerieblove.com/donate~ SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCASTYOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@djvaleriebloveWEBSITE: https://djvalerieblove.com/podcastFOUNTAIN.FM: https://fountain.fm/show/761jhxFiibErm7eZZdltAPPLE: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/dj-valerie-b-love-podcast/id1441540841SPOTIFY: https://open.spotify.com/show/6kZfzFZ3wKmWiljDajrJZ5?si=a9433473b06f464bRSS: https://serve.podhome.fm/rss/4996bcea-e098-5a89-ac63-af7a3df7cb5d~ FOLLOW DJ Valerie X: https://x.com/djvaleriebloveNOSTR: https://primal.net/djvaleriebloveFACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/djValerieBLoveINSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/djvalerieblove/LINKEDIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dj-valerie-b-love/ (00:30) Opening and why this conversation matters(01:54) From vibe goddess identity to spiritual doubt(04:50) Rejecting sex magic, tantra, and false power(08:50) Hypersexualization, trauma, and spiritual warfare(17:01) Surrendering ego and rethinking the divine feminine(22:03) A personal relationship with God over New Age beliefs(24:49) Cultural corruption and complicity in the sex industry(30:06) Sexual boundaries, obedience, and giving Jesus control(32:40) Finding peace, love, and a closing invitationBible.com: https://www.bible.com/Orthodox Church in America: https://www.oca.org/United States Conference of Catholic Bishops: https://www.usccb.org/Jesus, Take The Wheel (Official Carrie Underwood page): https://www.carrieunderwoodofficial.com/video/jesus-take-the-wheel/
