  • Hecate: Greek Goddess of Crossroads, Magic & Finding Your Way Through Uncertainty
    2026/10/28

Meet Hecate, the ancient Greek goddess of crossroads, torches, thresholds, and magic. Often associated with darkness and the mysterious unknown, her story reveals something unexpectedly comforting about moving forward when we cannot see the entire path ahead.

In the ancient Greek story of Persephone's disappearance, Hecate hears the young goddess's cries but doesn't know what happened to her. Carrying her torch, she joins Demeter's search, bringing what she knows rather than waiting until she has all the answers.

As her story unfolds, we discover a goddess who doesn't need to illuminate the entire journey before taking the next step.

How often do we find ourselves waiting for certainty? For the right answer, the perfect timing, or a guarantee that everything will work out before we move?

In this episode of Goddess Questions, we explore Hecate's story, share the wisdom we found in her connection to crossroads and torchlight, answer the question she brought us, and invite you to discover your own answer.

We close with The Torch at the Crossroads, a gentle grounding and movement experience that invites you to discover what happens when you take a step without knowing where the entire road will lead.

We don't always need the whole path illuminated before we begin.

Sometimes clarity meets us as we move.

✨ Listen to discover the question Hecate has for you.

  • Bastet: Egyptian Goddess of Protection, Pleasure & the Strength to Soften
    2026/10/21

Meet Bastet, the ancient Egyptian goddess of protection, pleasure, music, and the home, whose transformation from fierce lioness to graceful domestic cat invites us to reconsider what strength really looks like.

Once depicted as a powerful lioness, Bastet became increasingly associated with the affectionate, playful, and independent house cat. Yet through this changing imagery, she never lost her protective nature. And that got us wondering: Why do we sometimes believe that being strong means always being on guard?

In this episode of Goddess Questions, we explore Bastet's fascinating history and the wisdom we found in her story. We share our own reflections, answer the question she brought us, and invite you to discover what that question might reveal in your own life.

We'll also guide you through The Protected Threshold, a gentle visualization to explore your personal boundaries, recognize what you want to welcome into your life, and experience what it feels like to be both protected and at ease.

You don't have to show your claws every moment to know they're still there.

Perhaps the greatest expression of strength isn't always standing ready for battle. Sometimes, it's knowing you can finally soften.

✨ Listen to discover the question Bastet has for you.

  • Durga: Hindu Goddess of Divine Power, Protection & Knowing What You Truly Desire
    2026/10/14

Durga is a powerful Hindu goddess of protection, divine strength and the restoration of balance. In this episode, we meet a side of Durga that is quieter than her famous warrior stories and explore what her wisdom can teach us about desire, sovereignty and listening beneath all the things we think we should want.

We turn to the Devi Mahatmya and the story of King Suratha and the merchant Samadhi, two men who come before the Goddess carrying very different longings. One seeks a return to worldly life, while the other seeks freedom from attachment, and Durga meets each of them where they are.

Their story made us reflect on how easily our own desires can become buried beneath expectation, responsibility, other people’s opinions and the many ideas we absorb about what a good, successful or spiritual woman should want.

Together, we explore the wisdom we found in Durga’s story, answer the question she brought us, and invite you to consider your own answer.

We close with an embodied practice designed to help you quiet the shoulds, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what is actually true for you.

Sometimes sovereignty begins with something very simple: becoming honest enough to know what you want.

And, of course, your answer does not have to look like anyone else’s.
