Arise and Awake to the voice of God. Many of us are lured to a spiritual sleep due to our own comforts and pleasures.

As a result of people following and being conformed to the current world system and fleshly desires; a deep spiritual sleep has come upon believers. We have succumb to the comforts and pleasure’s which has become the very cause of the spiritual sleep that Christian’s are in today. Instead of being spiritually alive and awake to the spirit we are spiritually asleep and opposing the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Did you know that it is often the faith of others that causes major breakthrough, deliverance and healing in the lives of others? It is the conviction/ belief system of one person for another that God is going to intervene in that person’s life powerfully and miraculously as a result of the persons faith that is seeking God on behalf of another. Your breakthrough, deliverance or healing may be connected to another person’s ability to stand in the gap in faith in prayer for a situation they are facing in life. So today let’s beseech the throb of God in faith for a loved one.

Today, ask yourself what is causing you to sit still when you should be running to the true and living God? When Martha was in a season of grieving and cumbered by the spirit of offense, she realized that only one thing is needed in life and that is Jesus. No matter what heavy burden you are carrying in life only one thing is needed to lift that heavy and that is Jesus. Once we realize that, then no matter what we face in life we will run to him and lay our burdens down at his feet.

Do you know that we are in a spiritual battle? Not a carnal fight, but a spiritual battle with forces in the unseen world. As believers, the word declares that this battle is taking place and we need to be vigilant, sober and aware of the attacks of the enemy and his devices. We need to spiritually equip ourselves with the spiritual tools to resist and stand firm against the attacks of the enemy. As you listen to this podcast prayerfully you will gain the revelation knowledge to resist the attacks of the enemy and stand firm in faith and the power of God that has been given to us a believers.

Many people are being led away from God through the spiritual guise of deception Well trusted people are misleading others by their lack of knowledge and understanding of the word and taking scriptures out of context to fit their own personal motives and viewpoints. We are living in the last days, and God is telling us not to be deceived by false prophets and doctrines of the enemy. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:14 that we hence for be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness whereby they lie in wait to deceive. Let’s be sober and vigilant walking in the spirit of discernment to shed light and truth on the spiritual guise of deception. If it is contrary to the word or distorts the truth of the word in any way we choose the pure word of Christ.

Did you know that there is a constant battle in us over our soul (mind, will and emotions). The Bible talks about how there is a constant battle between the flesh and Spirit to have complete dominance over our soul. The flesh is that nature in us that is in complete rebellion against God and the Spirit was given to all believers after the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ to lead us into all truths to help us live a lifestyle that is submitted and surrendered to God. The scriptures say that we must worship God in Spirit and truth and the Holy Spirit was sent to lead us into all truths. We as believers must crucify the flesh and its lust and desires daily and walk in the spirit. So, we as believers need to know what are things that hinder us from walking in the Spirit and being completely submitted to God.

This episode focuses on what it means to live a life in the Spirit. How do we know when we are walking in the Spirit and how does the Spirit help us in our walk with God? As believers, a lot of us our living a lifestyle that is submitted to our flesh and we are unaware of this, and God is saying that he desires for us to walk and be led by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is the mark that we bear inside of us that shows that we belong to Christ Jesus.
