Many Christians quietly believe that asking difficult questions means they lack faith. But Scripture tells a different story.

In today’s Summer Pause Series devotional from Waiting Without Falling Apart, we’ll explore the difference between questioning God and questioning His character—and why God invites us to bring our honest hearts to Him.

Psalm 62:8 says,

“Pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.”

Throughout Scripture, we see David, Habakkuk, Jeremiah, and even John the Baptist bringing their honest questions before the Lord. God wasn’t threatened by their honesty, and He isn’t threatened by yours.
