Is it possible to have peace when everything around you feels uncertain? The answer is yes. As followers of Christ, we have access to a supernatural peace that doesn't depend on our circumstances.
In today's Daily Promise, we look at 2 Thessalonians 3:16, where Paul calls Jesus the "Lord of peace" and reminds us that He can continually give us peace in every circumstance.
God's peace doesn't mean we ignore our problems or pretend everything is fine. It means we can face our problems with the confidence that God is still on His throne. He knows what tomorrow holds, and He is still in control.
Just as a baby can rest peacefully in her mother's arms, you can rest in the arms of your Savior.
