  • 678 \\ How to Evaluate Leaders Without Becoming Critical, Naïve, or Dishonoring
    2026/08/29

How do you evaluate a leader or ministry in a biblical way?

In a culture of online call-outs, quick conclusions, spiritual manipulation, and blind loyalty, we need mature discernment. Scripture calls us to test what we hear, judge rightly, and pay attention to fruit—but it also calls us to humility, mercy, honor, and love.

In this teaching, Juliana shares how to discern healthy leadership without becoming critical, naïve, cynical, or dishonoring. You’ll learn what to look for over time, how to test both message and fruit, why character matters as much as gifting, and how to stay rooted in truth when questions arise around a leader or ministry.

This is not about becoming a better critic. It is about becoming a more mature believer—one who can recognize what is healthy, respond wisely to what is harmful, and remain anchored in Jesus.

  • 677 \\ How to Trust God, Trust Yourself, and Become a Leader He Can Trust
    2026/08/29

Can God trust us with leadership?

God entrusts people with influence, relationships, resources, words, and assignments—not because they are perfect, but because they are becoming faithful, yielded, and honest stewards.

In this episode, Juliana shares how to stop leading from fear, overfunctioning, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-protection—and begin leading from surrendered strength.

    You’ll learn how to:

    • Trust God’s character when outcomes and people feel uncertain
    • Build self-trust through small obediences and integrity
    • Receive correction without shame or defensiveness
    • Stop carrying what belongs to God and other people
    • Use wisdom, boundaries, counsel, and process without feeling “less spiritual”
    • Repair quickly when you miss it
    • Become whole enough to carry what God entrusts to you

You do not become a leader God can trust by proving you are impressive enough. You become trustworthy as you become increasingly yielded to Him.

  • 676 \\ God Is Restoring Your Grip | Prophetic Encouragement
    2026/08/22

This season did not leave you empty-handed.

The disappointment, delay, and warfare may have weakened your confidence, clouded your vision, or caused you to question whether you could still carry what God entrusted to you—but the promise has not expired.

In 2 Kings 6:1–7, a man lost his ax head in the water. God caused what had sunk to rise again, but the man still had to reach out and take it. I believe God is restoring your spiritual cutting edge—your clarity, courage, creativity, passion, discernment, and confidence in His voice.

What was buried is coming back into view. What was weakened is being strengthened. What you have been moving toward may already be moving toward you.

This prophetic encouragement will help you:

    • Recognize where you lost your spiritual edge
    • Participate in what God is restoring
    • Recover your confidence after disappointment Discern the relationships assigned to your next season
    • Reach again for what God has placed before you
    • Your grip is being restored.

Lift your head, reach again, and prepare to carry what God has entrusted to you.

If this episode gave language to something you have been carrying, Courage Co. is where we do the deeper work.

Courage Co. is a monthly formation and mentorship community for people who want to become spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, mentally clear, and capable of leading the life God has entrusted to them. You will receive live teaching, practical development pathways, biblical tools, and a community committed to becoming free—not just looking fine.

If you are ready to build the courage, character, and capacity to steward your calling with wisdom, join us at www.courageco.org.

If you are navigating a specific leadership situation, relational dynamic, decision, transition, or boundary issue that needs focused attention, a private intensive may be the right next step.

In a private intensive, we create space to name what is happening, discern the patterns, clarify your responsibility and next steps, and build a strategy that protects your peace and helps you lead with integrity.

You do not have to keep carrying a complex situation alone—or make a major decision from confusion, fear, or emotional exhaustion.
