Episode 36: Go to Battle, Part 7 — Doubt
In this episode of the Living Out 180 Podcast, Kendall and Pastor Brad continue the Go to Battle series by confronting something nearly every believer experiences at some point: doubt.
Doubt can leave us feeling uncertain, unsettled, and even questioning things we once believed with confidence. But Scripture shows us that some of the greatest people of faith had doubts too. Moses questioned. Elijah struggled. Thomas doubted the resurrection. Even John the Baptist found himself asking whether Jesus really was the One.
The good news? God didn't reject them in their doubt. He moved toward them.
Together, Kendall and Pastor Brad discuss how doubt can grow in isolation, but when handled honestly, it can also draw us back to Christ and deepen our faith. They explore practical ways to battle doubt: bring your questions into the light, return to God's Word, feed your faith first, remember what God has already done, and keep moving even when you don't have every answer.
Faith isn't the absence of questions. Sometimes faith is trusting God enough to take the next step while the questions are still there.
