  • Ep. 3 - Emily Durgin: Faith, Injury, and God's timing
    2026/10/13

Emily Durgin is a professional distance runner for adidas, a U.S. champion, and a dear friend of mine from Pinewood Church here in Boulder.

Emily grew up in Maine, ran at UConn, and turned pro in 2018. Since then she’s become one of the top distance runners in the country. She has a 2:26:46 marathon PR, finished ninth at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, and won the 2024 USATF 10 Mile Championships.

She’s also walked through some hard seasons. After years of training in Flagstaff, Emily recently moved to Boulder while she recovers from a hamstring injury and starts a new chapter in her life and her running.

We talked about following God through the breakthroughs and the disappointments, how injury changes the way you see yourself, and what it looks like to trust His timing when you’re stuck waiting. Emily is so honest about all of it, and her friendship has encouraged me more than she knows.

I’m really grateful she sat down with me for this one!

  • Ep. 2 - Worship the Creator, Not the Creation
    2026/10/06

This one's just me. Before we get into more conversations with guests, I wanted to sit down and share why Glory to Glory exists in the first place.

It's so easy to get caught up in worshiping the creation. The win, the stats, the talent, even the people we look up to. But all of it points back to the One who made it. In this episode I talk about what it looks like to make our whole lives an act of worship, not just Sunday mornings. Whether you're on the field, at work, or at home, the gifts God gave you are meant to be used well and for His kingdom.

If you've ever wondered whether the everyday stuff matters to God, this one's for you!

    2026/09/29

Professional runner Austen Dalquist joins Glory to Glory to talk about faith, setbacks, and finding joy in running again.

Austen grew up in Texas and ran for the University of Arkansas, where he became an NCAA All-American. Now he races professionally with Bandit Running, coaches, and lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife, Kara.

His story isn't just the wins. It's health challenges, hard seasons, and the slow work of rebuilding. Through all of it, his faith in Jesus and the people around him helped him find his purpose in the sport again.

We talk about what it looks like to chase big goals while using running to point back to God. We're so glad to have him on the show!
