  • This Conversation Is Just Getting Started
    2026/09/03

This girls' night with Maggie gets a little heavier than usual because we’re diving into the Lindsay Clancy case ... and we have thoughts.

We also get into Netflix’s Death of the Pastor’s Wife, and somewhere along the way, the conversation becomes a much bigger one about the lack of urgency when it comes to women’s health and wellbeing. We barely scratch the surface, and this is definitely just the beginning of a conversation we’ll be coming back to.

But because we can’t leave girls' night on that note, we lighten things up at the end with Maggie’s incredibly "rigorous" workout routine.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you … your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

Tonight's girls' night I'm back with Maggie for part 2 and we are starting off with my 40th birthday party and Nikki's fail of the week

We then relive our days as waitresses and hostesses. From the ridiculous things that came with working in restaurants to trying to understand why exactly we were expected to prevent theft for $3/hour again?

If this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you … your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

    2026/07/01

This girls' night with Maggie is all about the fails ... and trust us, there were plenty to go around.

From the realities of getting older and wishing we had a personal assistant, to laughing at the fact that this Girl, Same group can never seem to get their shit together, this episode is full of the kind of conversations that remind you you're definitely not the only one.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you … your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

  • You Ain't Successin', Unless You're Stressin'
    2026/06/17

This girls night with Maggie starts with a conversation about the pressure so many of us grew up with - the idea that if you're not stressed, overwhelmed, and constantly busy, you must not be working hard enough. Because apparently you ain't successin' unless you're stressin'.

We get into decision fatigue, why men are apparently like toast while women are more like waffles, and why planning a vacation with a man can somehow become more work than the actual trip.

We also spend a good chunk of the night sharing our latest fails, proving once again that none of us really know what we're doing half the time.

And because May truly is the worst, we couldn't end the episode without talking a little more about the chaos of this season, the pressure to do all the things, and the importance of continuing to show up for the people we love, even when we're running on fumes.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you … your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

  • The Mental Load of May (Pt. 2: Parent Perspective)
    2026/06/03

This roundtable girls night starts with one of our usual pre-show conversations this time getting into social media - are you a commenter or a lurker, the art of posting a quality comment, the need for social media breaks with the nonstop flood of news and information being thrown at us every day, and just how easy it is to fall into the comparison rabbit hole without even realizing it.

Then we dive into our main topic - surviving the month of May as a parent. Last week we talked about the chaos of May from a teacher’s perspective, but this week we’re getting into it from the parent side of things - the performances, spirit weeks, end-of-year events, emotional load, overstimulation, and feeling like you’re barely keeping your head above water.

If you’re not exactly thriving in this season, this is your reminder that a whole lot of us are just surviving it too … so be kind to yourself.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you … your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

  • The Mental Load of May (Pt. 1: Teacher Perspective)
    2026/05/20

This girls night with Nikki has us laughing as we complain about being hot, sweaty, overstimulated, and becoming an absolute nightmare the second we start sweating when we didn’t mentally prepare for it.

We then take a total 180 once we officially get into the episode, diving into the chaos of the month of May .. or as Nikki calls it, “May-hem.” From the perspective of both a teacher and a mom, we talk about the nonstop events, spirit weeks, performances, appreciation days, emotional load, and invisible planning that somehow all seem to hit at once.

If you’ve ever looked at your calendar in May and immediately felt overwhelmed, this one is for you.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you .. your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

  • Another Reason Food Prep is for the Birds
    2026/05/13

This girls night with Raneesha … we’re ranking life’s priorities in a very serious game of first to worst. Where does your family fall compared to finishing a good book or finally shaving your pits? Tough decisions were made.

We also swap some hilarious fails, random stories, and the kind of conversations that somehow only happen during girls night.

And if this is really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you - your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.

    2026/05/06

It's girls night ... with Maggie!

We’re playing a round of first to worst and getting into everything from “having the ADHDs” to starting new hobbies for the thrill of it … and quitting them the second they require actual effort.

We also swap random stories from being deep in the trenches of motherhood, talk about the chaos of everyday life, and establish one very important thing: we will never EVER be a two trip bitch.

If it's really going to feel like a true girls night, we need to hear from you .. your stories, your wins, your fails, all of it, so we can share them here on our next girls night.
