概要

Identity, mindset and real change, with Anthony Trucks, former NFL player, speaker and author of Identity Shift.

Anthony Trucks grew up in foster care, made it to the NFL, and by his mid-twenties had watched his marriage, his business and his sense of himself fall apart. In this conversation with Bart Berkey he talks about the morning he looked in the mirror and did not like who he saw, and the slow, uncomfortable work of becoming someone he did.

WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOU'RE NOT THINKING ABOUT IT

Anthony defines identity as your natural habits, patterns and perspectives, the mechanisms that fire without you paying attention. He explains why most of it was never chosen on purpose, how it shows up in your marriage, parenting, money and health, and how he rebuilt his by studying the people he wanted to be like and practising their habits until they became his own.
