This 10th anniversary and Char's 48th birthday hit differently for me for some reason. It's actually been a couple of days since I have been in tears off and on throughout the day, and I can't explain it, but I try in this episode. I share my innermost thoughts and feelings in a way that I never have before.

Grief is a journey and although it begins dark and gloomy, one day the sun will shine again. You can persevere through the process because Jesus is walking alongside you every step of the way. Your third day is coming!

Help is an acronym for Heal every low place! In life, we have lows and we have highs. It's in those low places that we need to receive help from Jesus to persevere through to the other side. Jesus is all the help we need to heal every low place.

Sometimes you have to decide to turn a negative word into a positive one. Look at the glass as half full instead of half empty.
