This week on Living the Gene Keys with Lizzie, we’re exploring Gene Key 59 — the journey from Dishonesty, to Intimacy, to Transparency.
This one had me thinking about the space between what is true inside us… and what we actually allow another person to see.
The “I’m fine” when we’re not.
The things we hope someone will somehow just know.
The parts of ourselves we keep tucked away because being fully seen can feel vulnerable.
This is a gentle, bite-sized contemplation on the walls we build, the way intimacy begins to soften them, and what it might mean to let ourselves be seen a little more honestly.

Where am I longing for deeper connection, while still protecting myself from being truly seen?
