It’s 2021 and women are still underpaid compared to men. There are still unconscious bias that plays a significant role as barriers to women’s career advancement by disadvantaging them for career opportunities, promotions and pay raises.
So, why does the gender pay gap still remain an issue in the workforce?
In this episode, I’ll explore the gender wage gap in general and how history has impacted this gap. I’ll also talk about the reason why it still exists nowadays by showing both points of view of women and men, and discuss how it can be changed.
