In this episode, the boys return to Star Trek and cover the Obama era of movies from 2009 to 2016. The result is so underwhelming we barely talk about them. Instead how the entire early 2010s media landscape must be revaluated as soon as possible. Also talk of the breakup of the UK, the plight of the Yemenis people, Recession-core media and how Star Trek no longer feels relevant in a post American empire world.

In this episode, the boys are once again joined by American correspondent Snel to cover the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and talk about the 2012 oddity 'Zero Dark Thirty.' A movie that both works a time capsule for when it was made, while also working as a preview for the last decade plus of foreign policy. Also talk of Charlie Kirk's legacy as a meme, how America paid for it's excesses with debt, Obama era cinema and the benefits of cannibalism. In this episode, the boys return for more Star Trek and nostalgic wanking with 'The Next Generation' run of films. We walked into this one feeling good, and left only liking one of the four we have to talk about. Things only get worse from here. Also talk of Trump's increasingly bizarre day to day activates, the saga of the USS Abraham Lincoln, the slow death of 1990s optimism and how it set the stage for the last 25 years.
