  • Burdened For the Lost | Ep 47
    2026/02/25

Hi guys welcome back to the Full Surrender Podcast!!! In today’s episode, we’re diving into Matthew 9:35–38 — the moment when Jesus looks at the crowds and is moved with compassion, like sheep without a shepherd. Then He says something that still confronts us today: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” We talk about what it really means to see people the way Jesus sees them. Before there was a command to go, there was compassion. There was a heart that broke for the lost. Are we moved? Or are we just busy? Are we praying for revival but unwilling to be the answer to the prayer?

This episode challenges us to examine:

•Why the harvest is ready but laborers are scarce

•The difference between admiration of Jesus and obedience to Jesus

•How comfort, distraction, and fear keep us from the fields

•What it means to pray for workers — and become one

Jesus didn’t say the harvest might be plentiful. He said it is. The question isn’t whether there’s work to be done — it’s whether we’re willing to surrender and pray. If this episode convicts you, stretches you, or encourages you, share it with someone who needs the reminder that we are called — not just to sit, but to go.

    Let’s surrender comfort.

    Let’s surrender fear.

    Let’s surrender excuses.

  • Christ Alone Saves | Ep 46
    2026/02/18

Hi guys!! Welcome back to full Surrender Podcast! In this episode, we’re talking about one of the greatest deceptions of our time whichnthe belief that we can save ourselves. Starting in John 3:14–19, we unpack what Jesus meant when He said the Son of Man must be lifted up, just as Moses lifted the serpent in the wilderness. Salvation has never been about works. It has always been about looking in faith to the One who was lifted up. “For God so loved the world…” — but that love does not remove the truth: whoever does not believe is condemned already. We must believe but also be intentional with our lives.

    We dive into:

•Why salvation is found in Christ alone

•The danger of thinking good works can save you

•The difference between religion and true faith

•What it truly means to believe in Him

This episode is a call to stop striving and start surrendering.

Not religion. Not performance. Not self-righteousness. But Christ alone saves. If this blessed you, share it with someone who needs to hear the truth.

  • The Pursuit of His Presence | Ep 45
    2026/02/12

Hi guys, welcome back to Full Surrender Podcast. I am your host, Carol Faye. In today’s episode, we’re diving into one of the most intimate and powerful moments in Scripture Exodus 33, where Moses boldly tells the Lord, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.” Moses wasn’t satisfied with the promise. He wasn’t satisfied with the land. He wasn’t even satisfied with blessing. He wanted God Himself. We talk about what it truly means to desire the nearness of the Lord not just the blessing , but Himself. Not just what He can do for us, but who He is. Moses didn’t just ask for direction; he asked, “Teach me Your ways, that I may know You.” That kind of hunger is rare — and it challenges the way we pray today. I also touch on Ephesians 3, where Paul prays that we would be strengthened in our inner being, that Christ would dwell in our hearts through faith, and that we would know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge. This episode is about going deeper beyond surface-level Christianity into real intimacy with God.

Are we truly longing for His presence?
Do we want to know His ways?
This conversation is about shifting from performance to presence, from striving to surrender, and from seeking blessings to seeking Him.

If this episode blesses you, share it with someone who desires to go deeper in their walk with Christ. And as always, thank you for being part of this community. Let’s surrender fully and draw near to the One who first drew near to us. 🤍

  • Preach the Word | Ep 44
    2026/02/04

Hi guys, welcome back to the Full Surrender Podcast. In today’s episode, we’re diving into 2 Timothy 4:1–8 , a sobering and powerful charge to remain faithful in a world that no longer wants truth. Paul’s words challenge us to examine whether we’re truly living surrendered lives or slowly drifting toward comfort, compromise, and convenience. We talk about what it really means to preach the Word, endure hardship, and finish the race well especially when following Jesus becomes costly and unpopular. This episode is a heart check for anyone who feels the tension between standing firm in truth and blending in with the world. If you’ve ever felt tempted to grow weary, soften the gospel, or give up altogether, this conversation is for you. Let this be a reminder that the crown is worth the costnand faithfulness matters more than applause.

  • Jesus Redefined Greatness | Ep 43
    2026/01/21

Hey guys!!! Welcome back to Full Surrender Podcast with Carol Faye!
We live in a culture that rewards visibility, influence, titles, and platforms. Even within the church, it’s easy to measure success by how many people are watching, listening, or affirming us. But Jesus never pursued status. He consistently chose the posture of a servant.
In this episode of Full Surrender, I speak openly and passionately about Christian ethics, following Christ, and how far we’ve drifted from the example Jesus gave us. This is not a polished teaching it’s a raw, honest reflection on how the Kingdom of God operates in direct opposition to the world’s values.
    Jesus washed feet.
    He touched the overlooked.
    He humbled Himself.
And yet we often chase recognition, authority, and comfort while calling it faith. This episode is a call to self-examination. To ask hard questions about our motives. To confront pride, spiritual performance, and the desire to be seen. If we claim to follow Jesus, our lives should resemble His marked by humility, obedience, sacrifice, and love. The kingdom forms servants. If you’ve ever wrestled with wanting influence more than obedience, or platform more than faithfulness, this conversation is for you. We must laying down self, embracing obedience, and choosing the way of Jesus even when it costs us something.
If this episode challenged or encouraged you, consider subscribing, sharing it with someone who needs the reminder, and leaving a comment. Let’s grow together in humility and holiness.

  • Do You Feel Defeated? | EP 42
    2026/01/14

Hey guys, welcome back to the Full Surrender Podcast.
In today’s episode, we’re talking to the heart that feels tired, worn down, and defeated. We’re walking through Psalm 23 to uncover where true security is found when life feels overwhelming and you’re running out of strength.
This Psalm reminds us that even in the valley, even in the presence of enemies, the Lord remains our Shepherd leading, providing, restoring, and protecting. When circumstances feel unstable and confidence feels shaken, Psalm 23 calls us back to the truth that our safety, peace, and hope are not found in control, but in the presence of God. If you’ve been feeling defeated, discouraged, or unsure how to keep going, this episode is for you. Let this be a reminder that you are not alone, you are not forgotten, and you are being held by the Shepherd who never leaves.

Thank you for listening, and as always, let’s continue choosing daily surrender.

  • The Potter Is Still Shaping | EP 41
    2026/01/07

Hi guys!!!!! Welcome back to the Full Surrender Podcast. I am so grateful for you. Happy New Year!
On today’s episode, we’re looking back at 2025 and talking about the shaping… the breaking… and the Lord’s ability to restore and renew.
As we step into a new year, I want to create space to reflect honestly not just on what we went through, but on what God was doing in us through it all. The moments that stretched us, the places that felt uncomfortable, and even the areas that felt broken none of it was wasted in His hands.
This episode is a reminder that even when the clay cracks, the Potter doesn’t throw it away. He reshapes, restores, and makes something new. So wherever this past year found you whether in growth, waiting, or rebuilding my prayer is that this conversation encourages you to trust the process and surrender to the hands that are still shaping you.

  • Have You Lost Hope?
    2025/11/20

Hi guys, welcome back to the Full Surrender Podcast.

Honestly, today I didn’t feel like recording. I’m in one of those seasons where everything feels heavy and hope feels a little harder to hold onto. But I decided to show up anyway, because I know I’m not the only one walking through something hard right now. And if I’m going to encourage you to surrender fully to God, I have to be willing to share the real, vulnerable moments too. In today’s episode, I open up about the tough season I’m in and how God has been speaking to me through Acts 27 the story of Paul in the middle of the storm. Paul was exactly where God wanted him, and yet he still faced winds, waves, loss, uncertainty, and fear. But even in that storm, God never left. He guided, protected, and sustained Paul through every moment of chaos. I also talk about Joseph, Elijah, Abraham, and other people who were chosen, anointed, and deeply loved by God, yet still faced betrayal, wilderness seasons, waiting, loneliness, and suffering. Their lives remind us of a powerful truth the enemy often tries to make us forget: you can be in God’s will and still walk through hardship.
