The command to be strong and courageous has been used in the church to the point of becoming cliche and easily dismissed. If God's Word remains true and relevant to our modern lives, how do we define courage and apply it to our lives today? In this episode we explore what courage is, what it isn't, and what it looks like to live courageous loves as Christians today.

Fortunately for us God has overcome the world and has given us power and grace to overcome the evil in our current day.

In another interview portion of From The Word, we hear from Sean Denniston. We learn about his struggle with belonging and wrestling with matters of faith. Sean demonstrates how no matter what we wrestle with or where we're at in our journey, when we call out to Jesus He responds and meets us.

The enemy would love to divide brothers and sisters in the faith. One of the reasons is because it can appear as though Christ is not powerful enough to unite us in spite of our differences. We as Christians need to fight for unity and remember that Jesus died, not only to reconcile us to the Father, but also to one another. We look at John 17 and Jesus' priestly prayer for our unity with the Father and one another.
