• Un-Troubling: LIVE Name Clearing with Dr. V
    2026/09/02

Dr. V is doing a live clearing.

Right here. Right now. On the podcast.

And this one is for our boy, Trouble.

If you listened to last week’s episode, you already know the wild, serendipitous, full-circle story of how Trouble came into our lives. This week, we’re taking it deeper by doing a live clearing on his name, the projections placed over him, and the way language can shape the way someone, or something, is seen.

    Because words create worlds.

    Names carry meaning.

And sometimes, without even realizing it, people speak things over us that start to become cages.

In this episode, we talk about Trouble’s first week with us, the way he has already started doing healing work, and why Ocean felt called to clear the energy around his name after noticing how quickly people projected meaning onto him.

We also talk about what it feels like to be misunderstood, labelled, scapegoated, called “too much,” or treated like a problem before anyone has actually seen the truth of who you are.

And then Dr. V moves into the clearing.

This clearing is for Trouble, yes.

But it is also for anyone listening who has had words, names, judgments, projections, beliefs, assumptions, or identities placed over them that were never actually theirs.

    The problem child.

    The difficult one.

    The too much one.

    The troublemaker.

    The dramatic one.

    The sensitive one.

The one who had to shrink, retreat, prove, perform, explain, or become what other people expected them to be.

This episode is about clearing the weight of what was spoken over you, coming back to your own truth, and letting yourself choose who you actually came here to be.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why Dr. V is doing a live clearing on the podcast
    • How group healing can still feel deeply personal, even when the clearing is focused on one being, one topic, or one name
    • Why Trouble’s name brought up so much around being misunderstood, judged, projected onto, and spoken over
    • Ocean’s own experience of being misunderstood, scapegoated, and labelled as the problem child
    • Trouble’s first week with us and the heart-opening impact he has already had
    • What happened when Trouble helped Dr. V release tension, shoulder pain, and emotional heaviness
    • Why being with animals can create deep co-regulation, safety, and healing
    • The clearing around being too big, too much, too strong, or taking up too much space
    • The reclamation of Trouble’s name and the possibility of turning “trouble” into power, healing, and purpose
    • How this clearing may support listeners in releasing the words, names, and projections that have been spoken over them

This episode is for you if you have ever felt misunderstood by the name, role, reputation, or identity other people placed on you.

It is for you if you have ever been called too much, too difficult, too sensitive, too dramatic, too intense, too wild, too weird, or too hard to love.

It is for you if you have been carrying the weight of someone else’s language in your body, your nervous system, your choices, your relationships, or your sense of self.

And it is for you if you are ready to become untroubled.

To come back to your own name.

    Your own truth.

    Your own resonance.

    Your own authority.

  • Trouble is On the Way (When the past catches up with us)
    2026/08/26

    Trouble is on the way.

And yes, Trouble is a horse.

In this episode, we talk about synchronicity, serendipity, faith, divine timing, and the moments in life where something you thought was just a passing thought, a childhood memory, a random beach conversation, or a tiny little knock from the universe turns out to be a seed you were planting for your future.

We move through our Shadow House season on the Sunshine Coast, the Lighthouse that came after it, the grief of leaving paradise, the pull back to Alberta, the Funnel House, forest fires, soul retrievals, childhood horse camp memories, and the unbelievable timing that led Ocean back to a horse named Trouble.

This conversation is about learning the difference between forcing something and following something.

Because sometimes life does require effort.

Sometimes you do have to check Craigslist every day, make the call, send the message, book the flight, find the hauler, and say yes before you fully know how it’s all going to work.

But when something is aligned, there is a click, click, click underneath it.

    There is movement.

There is ease inside the unknown.

There is calm inside the uncertainty.

And sometimes, the thing you thought was behind you was actually waiting for the exact right moment to come home.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • What it feels like when the past catches up with you in a way that is overwhelming, emotional, joyful, scary, and deeply aligned
    • Moving from the Shadow House into the Lighthouse, and how a beachside “imagine living there” moment became reality one year later
    • Why we do not always know when a seed is being planted for our future
    • The Funnel House, numerology, abundance, and the way certain places can become containers for ideas, business, money, community, and transformation
    • Ocean’s childhood horse camp memories and the deep impact of having a safe place to be wild, playful, and around horses
    • Why this yes felt calm, easy, and aligned, even with uncertainty
    • The difference between one partner’s resistance and one partner’s awareness
    • What it means to be moved by life instead of trying to control every single step
    • The next chapter of learning, leadership, horsemanship, trust, energy, and communion with a very big, very badass horse

This episode is for you if you have ever looked back and realized life was planting seeds long before you understood what they were becoming.

It is for you if you are in a season where something feels unclear, but a quiet knock keeps coming back.

It is for you if you are learning the difference between forcing and following.

It is for you if you have ever had to grieve a beautiful chapter while still knowing, deep down, that it was time to go.

And it is for you if you need the reminder that sometimes the thing you are being called toward will not make perfect logical sense, but it will feel like truth in your body.

If this episode resonated, share it with a fellow renegade.

  • When Your Body Says “No More”: Somatic Signals, Spiritual Clearing & the SubSoma Feedback Loop
    2026/08/19

We’re in a launch-heavy, connection-focused season. Our team is coming together in person, the next SIT Certification cohort is around the corner, UpROAR is opening, and we’re preparing for a live in-person SIT event with a documentary crew capturing the potency of this work in real time.

But then, as it often does on this podcast, the conversation goes somewhere deeper.

In this episode, we talk about the SubSoma Feedback Loop, the internal “thermostat” that keeps us operating within the patterns, beliefs, symptoms, and emotional realities our bodies have learned to survive inside.

We talk about how your behaviour is not random. Your body pain is not random. Your sudden withdrawal, panic, headaches, resistance, shutdown, or need to run is not random.

    It came from somewhere.

And when you can trace that pattern back to the moment, memory, belief, emotion, or energetic imprint that created it, you can begin to change the temperature of your entire system.

Dr. V also shares a deeply personal experience from Africa, where a lifelong pattern of night terrors, panic, spiritual disturbance, and feeling like something was taking up space inside of her finally came to the surface. She experienced a spiritual clearing that changed her baseline, her boundaries, her leadership, and her willingness to tolerate what no longer belonged in her body, business, or life.

Because sometimes fear is part of expansion.

And sometimes panic is your body saying: absolutely fucking not.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why in-person healing can create a different kind of serendipity, synchronicity, laughter, and energetic movement
    • What the SubSoma Feedback Loop is and why Dr. V describes it like an internal thermostat
    • How the body can “armor up” when it senses you are stepping into something outside your familiar thermostat
    • Ocean’s early experience entering Dr. V’s family system and feeling the somatic data of worthiness, belonging, wealth, safety, and love come to the surface
    • Dr. V’s lifelong experience with sleepwalking, night terrors, strange energetic disturbances, and feeling like something was taking up space inside of her
    • The Africa retreat experience that brought the pattern fully to the surface
    • The spiritual clearing that followed and how Dr. V experienced the energy as a lost little boy who was trying to get home
    • Why every hard season can build discernment for the next one

This episode is for you if you have ever wondered why your body reacts before your mind can explain what is happening.

It is for you if you have experienced panic, body pain, shutdown, resistance, withdrawal, or sudden emotional intensity and thought, “What the hell is wrong with me?”

It is for you if you are a practitioner, healer, intuitive, coach, facilitator, or self-healer who knows there is more going on beneath the surface than most systems have language for.

And it is for you if your body has been quietly, loudly, or chaotically trying to tell you: this does not belong here anymore.

  • The Business Asset That Saved Us From a $200K Launch Disaster
    2026/08/12

Last year, we had what can only be described as a business NDE (near death experience). We were waking up at 2 a.m. with panic attacks, carrying the weight of a team, contractors, overhead, launch expectations, and a whole lot of “what the fuck are we going to do now?”

And the thing that saved us?

    Not more Instagram followers.

    Not more social media content.

    Not a viral post.

    Our email list.

In this episode, we talk about the most valuable asset in our business, why owned media matters more than borrowed audiences, and how our email list helped us resuscitate a launch when our paid ads got shut down.

We also break down the difference between paid, earned, borrowed, and owned media, and why practitioners, healers, coaches, creatives, and business owners need to stop relying only on social media, ads, clinic-owned booking systems, or platforms they do not control.

Because if your Instagram gets locked, your Facebook group disappears, your ad account stops working, or your clinic owns all your client information, what do you actually have?

This episode is a mini business masterclass for the ones who are ready to stop building on borrowed land.

Your email list is not optional.

It is not a “one day” thing.

It might be the thing that saves your business.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • The business near-death experience that happened during a major launch
    • How our Facebook ad account got locked when we were expecting a $200K launch
    • The difference between paid, earned, borrowed, and owned media
    • Why social media followers, Facebook groups, YouTube subscribers, and paid ad audiences are not truly yours unless you have captured an email or phone number
    • How our owned email audience helped us generate $160K when our paid ads were not working
    • How Dr. V sold her acupuncture practice, charts, goodwill, and email list, and why that asset was so valuable
    • How ROAR Funnels helped Dr. V launch a six-week offer while we were travelling in Africa
    • The simple email system every practitioner should start with: who you are, what your mission is, and what your audience is struggling with

This episode is for you if you are a practitioner, healer, coach, creative, facilitator, or entrepreneur who knows you need a more stable way to reach your people.

It is for you if you want to launch a retreat, course, membership, program, masterclass, or new offer, but you do not currently have a simple way to email the people who already know, like, and trust you.

And it is for you if you have been building on borrowed land and you are ready to create something you actually own.

If this episode made you realize it is time to take your email list seriously, share it with a fellow renegade.

  • How to Forgive the Unforgivable
    2026/08/05

We’re going straight into one of the biggest, hardest, most life-changing conversations we can have: forgiveness.

Not cute forgiveness. Not spiritual bypass forgiveness. Not “just let it go” forgiveness.

    The real kind.

The kind that asks: how the fuck do you forgive something that feels unforgivable? How do you forgive betrayal, abuse, harm, projection, pain, and the darkest parts of humanity?

In this episode, we talk about forgiveness as one of the most powerful forces for emotional healing, self-liberation, and root cause transformation. Ocean shares how forgiveness changed every facet of her life, from shame, guilt, self-punishment, smoking, drinking, and self-abusive patterns, to the kind of freedom that allowed her to stop carrying pain that was never hers to begin with.

We also talk about her relationship with her dad, the pain of coming out as queer and being rejected, the deeper family story that helped her understand the shame he was carrying, and the moment forgiveness became less about excusing what happened and more about releasing herself from the story.

Because forgiveness is not saying what happened was okay.

It is not saying you need to let someone back into your life.

It is not pretending you are not angry, grieving, heartbroken, or still working through complex feelings.

Forgiveness is the moment you stop electrocuting yourself with the thing you are still holding onto.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why forgiveness is one of Ocean’s favourite topics and one of the biggest things that changed her life
    • What life looked like before forgiveness, including shame, guilt, smoking, drinking, self-punishment, and relationships that reflected old wounds
    • The subconscious programs of self-abuse, self-punishment, and not believing you deserve forgiveness
    • How beliefs and emotions can create an energetic resonance that gets reflected back through relationships, circumstances, and patterns
    • How children can internalize a caregiver’s inability to protect or be present as proof that they are not worthy of love
    • The mirror metaphor: when someone projects pain at you, sometimes the first step is taking two steps to the side and realizing it was never actually about you
    • Why forgiveness often has layers in front of it, including resentment, betrayal, heartbreak, anger, grief, and self-protection
    • How SIT helps identify the beliefs, memories, trauma, and emotional data locked in the soma
    • How forgiveness has led to some of the most powerful healing shifts they have witnessed through SIT
    • Why learning to read the signals in the soma can move practitioners from managing symptoms to liberating people on a life level

This episode is for you if you have been carrying something you do not know how to put down.

It is for you if you are tired of hearing people talk about forgiveness like it is easy, fluffy, or one-size-fits-all.

It is for you if you are a practitioner, healer, facilitator, coach, or self-healer who wants to understand what forgiveness can actually unlock when it is approached with truth, safety, emotional intelligence, and deep presence.

And it is for you if some part of you is ready to stop punishing yourself for something that was never yours to carry.

  • Meet the Founder: Ocean VanOhm
    2026/07/29

Content note: This episode includes conversation about addiction, shame, drug dealing, arrest, family disruption, domestic violence, grief, pet loss, and personal healing.

Ocean is the co-founder of House of Renegades, co-founder of SITwithit, founder of ROAR Funnels and UpROAR, and the human behind a whole lot of rogue offers, sharp edges, big heart, and “don’t seek permission, seek the mission” energy.

But before the funnels, the seven-figure business, the practitioner trainings, the systems, the certifications, the retreats, and the “Hakuna matata, my funnel is converting” of it all, there was a very different chapter.

Heavy equipment. Long days. Knee pain. Cigarettes. Shame. Getting kicked out of high school. Being wildly creative with nowhere healthy to put it yet. And a deep, non-negotiable need for freedom that was always there, even before Ocean had the language for it.

In this episode, we talk about Ocean’s journey from heavy machinery to building multiple businesses, the pain that became purpose, the role of podcasts in expanding her worldview, and why some money is expensive money when it costs you your body, your freedom, or your truth.

We also talk about Riley, God, shame, love, addiction, business, systems, the past you are afraid will catch up to you, and why your history is not something to hide from. It might actually be the exact thing that fuels the work you are here to bring into the world.

Because sometimes the thing that got you in trouble is the same thing that makes you powerful.

It just needs to be channeled differently.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Ocean’s life before entrepreneurship, working 12 to 14 hour days in heavy equipment
    • How podcasts started to expand Ocean’s mind and show her what else was possible
    • Why she used long work days and drive time to “program her mind” through Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, and other personal development teachers
    • The connection between her body, knee pain, employment, and the feeling of still not fully walking her path
    • Why some money is expensive money, even when the paycheque looks good on paper
    • The difference between financial security and actual freedom
    • How childhood disruption, being removed from her home, and not having choice became part of Ocean’s deep internal motivator for freedom and autonomy
    • Why Ocean’s external mission is to help practitioners build six-figure businesses they can run from anywhere in the world
    • Why “don’t seek permission, seek the mission” is one of the core values behind ROAR

This episode is for you if you have ever looked around at the “safe” path and thought, “I can’t fucking do this forever.”

It is for you if your body has been screaming at you from inside a job, a business model, a relationship, a routine, or an identity that technically works on paper but feels like a trap in your bones.

It is for you if you know you are meant for more, but you are afraid your past disqualifies you.

If this episode gave you a “fuck yes, I’m ready to go rogue” moment, share it with a fellow renegade.

  • Meet the Founder: Dr. V
    2026/07/22

Content note: This episode includes conversation around pet loss, grief, death, radical honesty, and personal history.

Dr. V is a lot of things: a partner, daughter, doctor, acupuncturist, educator, facilitator, co-founder of SITwithit, co-founder of House of Renegades, and partner in ROAR Funnels.

In this episode, we talk about Dr. V’s personal mission, what it means to have the Soul of a Healer and the Heart of a Renegade, and how truth has become the heartbeat of her work, relationships, facilitation, practitioner training, and work.

This conversation moves through the small choices that shape a life, the moments where you have to choose your values over being liked, and the kind of honesty that asks you to stop distorting yourself just to make other people comfortable.

We talk about acupuncture, intuition, public visibility, radical honesty, love, grief, Riley, marriage, spiritual work, and what it means to follow the call even when the next step does not come with a clean little five-year plan.

Because sometimes having the Heart of a Renegade is not about making the loudest move.

Sometimes it is taking the exit off the highway because your body knows you cannot keep betraying yourself.

Sometimes it is telling a client the truth because you love them enough not to lie.

Sometimes it is standing in a masterclass after one of the deepest griefs of your life and realizing that what anyone thinks of you does not matter nearly as much as the mission you are here to deliver.

And sometimes it is simply going where you are called next.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • How Dr. V has always been drawn to the unconventional path, from acupuncture to archery, taekwondo, and the things that did not always make sense to other people
    • What it means to trust the channel and choose the path that feels true, even when it is not popular or easy to explain
    • The difference between avoiding conflict and choosing not to betray yourself
    • How micro-decisions can start to lay the path toward living in truth
    • How Dr. V learned to bring truth into the treatment room, even when it felt uncomfortable or confronting
    • The story of Riley, their Italian mastiff, and how her passing became a turning point in Dr. V’s leadership, visibility, and trust in herself
    • How Riley taught Dr. V about energy, intuition, meridians, and feeling what the body is holding
    • How Ocean and Dr. V first met on Plenty of Fish, with Reiki articles, big-dog hesitation, sunglasses, and radical honesty
    • How all of Dr. V’s work, whether in acupuncture, SIT, relationships, or weddings, comes back to helping people uncover and tell the truth

This episode is for you if you have ever felt like the life everyone else expected from you was not the life your soul was actually asking for.

It is for you if you are learning how to tell the truth, not just the polished truth, but the raw one. The one underneath “I’m fine.” The one that asks you to stop performing, stop pleasing, and stop betraying yourself.

It is for you if you have ever confused being loving with being silent.

It is for you if you are learning the difference between avoiding conflict and choosing alignment.

It is for you if you have loved an animal so deeply that their leaving changed you.

And it is for you if you are in a season where the old goals have been checked off, the next thing is not totally clear yet, and all you can really say is, “I’m going to go where I’m called.”

If this episode resonated, share it with a fellow renegade.

  • The Mission & Vision Behind ROAR Funnels
    2026/07/15

We’re getting into the mission behind ROAR Funnels, UpROAR, and what it actually means to build something that gives you freedom, choice, income, impact, and your damn life back.

ROAR stands for Rogue Offer, Automated Reach.

Rogue because sometimes you have to go rogue from what your industry, your job, your training, or your own fear told you was possible.

Offer because if you want to make money from the work you’re here to bring into the world, you need something people can actually buy. Otherwise, it stays a hobby, and eventually, it burns you out.

Automated Reach because your message, your work, and your mission should not depend on you manually posting forever and hoping the algorithm feels generous that day.

In this episode, we talk about how ROAR came to life, why funnels are not sleazy when they are built with integrity, and how systems can support practitioners, healers, coaches, creators, and facilitators in scaling beyond one-to-one work without abandoning their values.

We also talk about the moment Ocean watched Dr. V go from being fully booked, exhausted, and trapped in the treatment room to creating online offers, building automated systems, and earning more in six weeks than many practitioners are taught to believe is possible in a year.

Because here’s the thing: having a Soul of a Healer does not mean you are meant to martyr yourself for your mission.

And having the Heart of a Renegade means you are allowed to build it differently.

You are allowed to go rogue.

You are allowed to make money.

You are allowed to create the thing that lets your work reach more people while you actually live your real life.

Hakuna matata. Your funnel is converting.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why “rogue” is about going against the industry norm, the treatment room ceiling, the job that keeps you trapped, or the version of success that never felt like yours
    • Why your offer is the thing that allows your work to become sustainable instead of staying a really meaningful hobby that burns you out
    • How a funnel helped Dr. V find the information that changed Ocean’s life and eventually became part of the origin story of SIT
    • The belief that if practitioners want to make more money, they either have to raise their one-to-one session rate or work more hours, and why that is not the only way
    • The difference between ROAR Funnels as the DIY platform and UpROAR as the higher-touch container with creative partners in business
    • The UpROAR team and how each person supports offer creation, systems, subconscious and somatic patterns, messaging, copywriting, automations, tech, AI, and design
    • How freedom and choice became one of Ocean’s deepest internal motivators
    • Why the mission of ROAR is to help people bring forth what is inside them before it dies inside them

This episode is for you if you know there is more inside of you than what your industry trained you to do.

It is for you if you are a practitioner, healer, coach, facilitator, creative, or entrepreneur who feels trapped inside a one-to-one model, a treatment room, a job, or an offer structure that no longer fits.

It is for you if you are tired of building a business that looks successful on paper but leaves you exhausted, overbooked, under-supported, and disconnected from your actual life.

And it is for you if you are ready to stop waiting for permission and start building the rogue offer, automated reach, and business ecosystem that lets your roar be heard.
