    July 11 1996. Blair Adams, a 31-year-old Canadian construction foreman, was found dead in a parking lot 2600 miles away in Knoxville, Tennessee.     May 12th 2004. What was supposed to be a nice family vacation turned into a nightmare. While in Aruba, the Devries family met a nice father and son at the hotel and the two families became friends for a couple days. 14-year old Max Devries set off on a jet ski with one of them and never returned. Aruba police were quick to rule his death accidental, but the man's actions and statements allude to something more sinister.
