🔥 From Cinnamon Toast Crunch jokes to putting people through the wringer! 🔥

This week on Tag'mm and Bag'mm, we welcome the one and only Colton Kinnamon—a rising name in the indie wrestling scene who proves that you can be a lifelong wrestling fan, a gym junkie, a little bit crazy, and STILL somehow convince people to let you throw them around a wrestling ring! 😂💪

Colton takes us behind the scenes of his journey from watching wrestling as a kid to stepping between the ropes himself. We talk indie wrestling, training at DG Dojo, fitness, weight loss, match preparation, coaching, taking risks, learning from mistakes, and what it really takes to keep improving in professional wrestling.

And because this is Tag'mm and Bag'mm, things definitely don't stay serious for long! 🤣 From his hilarious nickname and the inevitable “Cinnamon” jokes to conversations about his wife keeping him on track, tanning, hair, nails, deathmatches, fire, and everything in between, this episode takes some wonderfully unexpected turns.

Colton also opens up about wrestling nearly 20 different promotions in 2025, stepping back to get his life and goals in order, and what he's learned along the way about passion, preparation, adapting to your opponent, and NEVER getting too comfortable.

Whether you're a hardcore wrestling fan, an indie wrestling supporter, an aspiring wrestler, or just here for the chaos, this is one episode you don't want to sleep on.

🎙️ Listen now and find out how Colton Kinnamon went from wrestling fan to one of the names making noise on the indie scene!
