Megan shared her entrepreneurial journey, starting with founding a Waldorf and Montessori-inspired preschool called Conscious Cottage after being unable to work as a traditional preschool teacher due to a criminal record. Despite growing the nonprofit to multi-six-figure revenue with a waiting list, Megan realized she preferred business operations over teaching. She later transitioned to running a sales agency coaching CEOs to build multi-seven-figure sales teams, but this work caused burnout due to long hours and leading others' business income. This experience led Megan to seek a path that would allow her to use her intuitive abilities while maintaining legitimacy in her work.

Megan shared her top tip for sales leaders, emphasizing the importance of conscious communication and focusing on the end result rather than the process or service being offered. She explained that effective communication involves high-quality listening and understanding what individuals are truly seeking.
