This week, Christine is joined by Keith Cullen, energy healer, Reiki master and author of the raw new memoir, Dear Future Me.

Keith opens up about the turning point that changed everything: being diagnosed with stage three bladder cancer in his thirties after suddenly becoming ill in a Brisbane hotel room during a music promo tour.

Together, Christine and Keith explore what happens when our bodies carry years of emotion, grief and unhealed experiences, and why healing needs to go beyond "spiritual bypassing" and become something practical that we actually live.

Keith also reflects on growing up as a highly sensitive child, developing OCD tendencies and trying to control his environment to feel safe. What once felt overwhelming eventually became one of his greatest strengths.

The conversation moves into mental health, suicide and personal loss, including Keith's own family experiences and the €55,000 raised through Christine's Full Moon Healing Circle. They also explore modern stress, social media, cancel culture and what happens when we become afraid to speak honestly.
