In Episode 4 of De Paisano a Paisano, we're joined by a very special guest, Angel Hernandez, founder and owner of Paisano Realty!
With over 35 years of experience in real estate, Angel shares his incredible journey from immigrating to the United States at just 16 years old to building one of Denver's well-established Latino-focused real estate companies.
From buying his first home for just $40,500 to selling 452 homes in a single year, Angel takes us back to a time before GPS, online listings, and electronic contracts. He shares the challenges of breaking into an industry with limited Spanish-speaking representation and how his passion for helping families achieve homeownership led to the creation of Paisano Realty in 1997.
We also get personal as Angel reflects on fatherhood, family, entrepreneurship, and the experiences that shaped his life, including losing both parents at a young age and the sacrifices he made to build a better future.
This episode is about more than real estate. It's about perseverance, opportunity, family, and building a legacy that impacts generations.
