When he first found me, he told me that we would know each other. I believed him, I followed him, and I allowed him to know me in the most intimate way.
We knew each other. Together we discovered someone for whom we had tender love and passion for–someone for whom we had great respect for who they are and for who they have been. My heart is heavy.
I know this man. I’ve watched his eyes fill with water at the thought of turning me away. I found love in him, and he found love in me. And he would not let me go.
