Sam shares her story of growing up in a small town in Indiana, losing both of her beloved grandparents at a young age, and witnessing the devastating impact grief had on her family. She reflects on the childhood trauma, loneliness, bullying, and generational trauma that followed, as well as the ways those experiences continued to shape her as she grew older.

Today, Sam has transformed those difficult experiences into strength and purpose. From working in her family's business at a young age to becoming the Marketing Director for Spas and More, she shares how she's continued to move forward while learning to understand her past and the trauma that came with it.
