She is also the Founder and CEO of Ventura Educational Consulting & Design, LLC, a firm specializing in educational consulting, career development, and transformational leadership coaching. With more than 31 years of experience as a master educator, she holds multiple Florida Department of Education certifications and has been widely recognized for driving exceptional student outcomes in English Language Arts, Reading, Writing, and Career & Industry Certification pathways.

In her role as an educational consultant, she partners with school systems, community organizations, and families to strengthen literacy initiatives, enhance career and technical education programs, and support seamless transitions from youth to adulthood.

How to Realign Your Life & Lead with Clarity™, helping professionals elevate self-awareness, align purpose with performance, and lead with greater intention and impact.

Ms. Lamar’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Bethune-Cookman University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from National Louis University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate as an Intervention Specialist from the University of Central Florida.
