Tina Denning is the Managing Director of the premier firm Denning Moores, a firm she co-founded after maintaining a busy litigation practice at Higgs Fletcher & Mack. She specializes in construction law, business litigation and personal injury. She is recognized by peers in the construction litigation space as being one of the best and was selected to Rising Stars in 2015.

Melinda Dicharry is an entrepreneur, CEO and President of Paradigm Mechanical Corporation. She served as President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Presently, she is the President of the Future Construction Leaders Foundation of San Diego, an organization that is dedicated to the advancement of programs focused on educating youth about career opportunities in the construction industry and encouraging them to pursue careers in this field.
