Driven early to succeed and following a federal judicial clerkship, Glen Huff became one of the hardest-working associates in his first job at a Virginia law firm. When the firm suddenly collapsed, rather than look for another job, his courage and faith guided him to build his own practice from the ground up. His firm, Huff, Poole & Mahoney, grew into a Virginia powerhouse. Then, he decided to serve the state when he was elected to the Virginia Court of Appeals where he rose to Chief Judge before he retired from the bench. In this episode, Glen candidly shares his journey from attending law school in a converted barn, eventually giving up his firm to serve a calling as a judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals, and finding new balance as he moved forward.
