What happens when everything that once made you feel broken becomes the doorway to discovering who you truly are?

Maruis Aldridge grew up in South Africa carrying childhood trauma, shame and the pressure of hiding his sexuality. By his mid-thirties, panic attacks, psychiatric admissions and suicidal thoughts had brought him to one of the darkest periods of his life—but his story did not end there.

In this deeply personal conversation, Maruis shares how Spiritual Response Therapy opened the door to healing, spiritual awakening and what he describes as a life-changing encounter with Jesus.

We explore:

• Growing up gay in apartheid-era South Africa
• Childhood trauma, silence and family rejection
• Plant medicine and his encounter with Jesus
• Spiritual Response Therapy and Spiritual Restructuring
• Channeling spirit through the Higher Self
• The Akashic Records and receiving intuitive information
• Past lives, reincarnation and soul contracts
• His belief that he has experienced 5,876 lifetimes
• Why he believes this is his final incarnation
• Dolores Cannon, QHHT and consciousness
• Writing From Broken to Brilliant through what he describes as spiritual guidance
• Why our wounds do not have to define who we become

Maruis’s memoir, *From Broken to Brilliant: The Unscripted Journey to Finding Wholeness*, is available through Amazon, Kindle and Audible.
