Inspired by countless hours spent skating on a backyard rink with her father and brothers, Hayley set her sights on becoming an Olympian at just 10 years old—a dream she fulfilled when she represented Team USA at the 2022 Winter Olympics, earning a silver medal, before reaching the pinnacle of the sport with an Olympic gold medal at the 2026 Winter Games in Milano Cortina. Along the way, she has also captured three IIHF Women’s World Championship gold medals and established herself as a key contributor on the international stage.At the collegiate level, Hayley starred at Northeastern University, where she developed into one of the nation’s premier forwards. During her four-year career, she earned Hockey East All-Rookie Team honors, multiple Hockey East All-Academic Team selections, and recognition as Hockey East’s Best Defensive Forward. Her combination of skill, hockey IQ, and two-way play helped her become one of the program’s most impactful players. Following college, she was selected 10th overall by the Buffalo Beauts in the 2016 NWHL Draft and has continued to excel throughout her professional career.Most recently, Hayley completed a historic 2025-26 season, becoming the first women’s hockey player to win both an Olympic gold medal and a Walter Cup championship in the same year as a member of the Montreal Victoire.
