The last suspect, Steven Oboite was caught on June 1st when officers attempted to pull him over on his jet ski for being in a no wake zone on Lake Allatoona, GA. He took off and then ditched the jet ski at the shore and ran off into the woods. Game Wardens captured him and Oboite is now awaiting arraignment at the Fulton County Jail. Timothy Ferguson was 15 years-old when he passed away while in the 'care' of his mother, Shanda Vander Ark. While he lived with her in May 2021-July 2022, he was tortured by his mother and brother by way of humiliation, starvation, forcing him to take ice baths, and physical abuse. Two men are in custody and accused of murder in the disappearance of Allahnia Lenoir, a local woman that went missing in Atlanta on July 30, 2022. One of the men accused, Diante Reynold's, filed his second motion for bond after being beaten by three inmates in a Fulton County jail.
