This month we're talking about capacity: our ability to heal, to feel, and to stay present in our bodies.

Tara shares where she is on her path toward pregnancy, remembering divine timing, trust, and the permanency of parenting.

We also get honest about outgrowing our spiritual practices, the cult energy in the New Age world, what yoga gave us, and why grief and community might be what we actually need. Seekers deserve community, not another workshop or reading just to get by, and we won't support their exploitation.

We're not meant to do this alone. We love you and thank you for being here!

We're back! Tara is happily married. Victoria is happily happy.

This episode is a catch-up on the last few months: the seeker in both of us, and how our spiritual practices have shifted from learning to actually living and integrating everything the past few years have handed us.

We talk about the gatekeeping between religion and modern spirituality, and why your story belongs to you and no one else. Humanity as a whole doesn't have an intelligence problem. We have a compassion problem. Have mercy!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being here. We love you!!

You know those moments when the exact thing you needed somehow finds its way to you? A random conversation, a perfectly timed podcast, an algorithm serving up a message that feels a little too on the nose?

This episode is all about synchronicity, serendipity, and the little winks from the universe that show up when we're paying attention.
