He lays it out exactly the steps needed to be taken to set yourself free from the torment and torture brought on by unforgiveness. You don't know it, but any unforgiveness at all leads to torment by demons. There is no surgery, medicine, or intercessory prayer that will alleviate what the Lord allows due to disobedience.
