  • Part 2: Extra Time
    2026/08/23

We are BACK, with Season 2!!

This episode was originally planned for the second half of our Season 1 finale. We actually did the episode, but somehow the recording never happened...so the entire thing is gone. Rather than let the title disappear with it, we’ve decided to give it a second life as the Season 2 opener, even though this is a completely different episode.

James, Danny and I look back at what's gone down over the last two months during and following the World Cup. We also dive into the latest transfers and discuss what they could mean, before turning our attention to the inevitable football that lies ahead.

Introducing Part 2: Extra Time...the episode that refused to die.

  • SuperBALL LX
    2026/02/16

Episode 11 follows Super Bowl LX, but the real heat comes from the controversial calls and relegation chaos unfolding across certain clubs. Danny and I break down the biggest refereeing debates of the past few weeks, the moments that flipped matches on their heads, and whether the league has a consistency problem with officiating.

We also get into the growing tension at the bottom of the table, where potential relegation battles are starting to feel very real, and at the top, where the race for Champions League spots is tightening with every dropped point. It’s a passionate, no-holds-barred episode packed with sharp takes, club frustrations, and big-picture implications that could be a bit "Spursy".

This episode sees James return and we kick things off with Leeds United and the feeling that they somehow curse every team they come up against lately.

We also dive into the January transfer window: early moves, rumours gathering pace, and which clubs look desperate for reinforcements. Finally, we round off by reviewing the key talking points from the past few games.
