Since opening 3 years ago, Backyard Social has become a magnet for people looking for variety in the Ft. Myers social scene. Boasting six food trucks, a massive full liquor bar, games and regular events, Backyard Social promises a little something for everyone.

It is also the new home of South Cypress Brewing and of the brand new Big Drip coffee bar. We spoke with Tucker Zahorian, Backyard Social Bar Manager and also owner of Big Drip Coffee. With both of those job titles, it is his job to curate almost all of the libations poured at Backyard Social (South Cypress Brewing notwithstanding, of course).

We sat down with him to talk a little bit more about Backyard Social, crafting and refining their cocktail program through the seasons, and how his love for coffee led him to open the full service Big Drip coffee.
