The very center of Christian faith is the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. As Yale historian Jaroslav Pelikan recognizes, the resurrection is “the turning point of human history.” Christians believe that resurrection reshapes the world, and our lives, here and now- and, that resurrection gives us real hope for the future. During the Easter season, as the Church celebrates and reflects on Jesus’ resurrection, we’ll be exploring several of the images the Scriptures use to depict the cosmic victory of God for us and for the cosmos at the empty tomb of Christ.

    Series: Real Hope
    Title: New Birth
    Scripture: Romans 8: 18-28
    Speaker: Reverend Eddie Nabhan

And, we don’t know how to pray- we find prayer confusing, difficult, threatening.
