What happens after you find the courage and support to leave an abusive relationship?
For some survivors, rebuilding confidence, rediscovering identity, and learning to trust themselves again are important parts of the journey.
In this episode of Hear My Heart Show, Coach Tiffany Rochelle welcomes Diane Perez, a domestic violence survivor and Christian life coach who now works to encourage women as they rebuild their lives.
Diane shares that she survived years of domestic violence and eventually started over after leaving her marriage. Her coaching work focuses on helping women recognize their worth, change harmful beliefs about themselves, and reconnect with their identity through Christian principles, prayer, and discernment.
Together, we'll explore the complexity of leaving, the process of rebuilding, and the difference between knowing you deserve better and learning to live from that belief.
We'll also talk about the importance of support, safety, and compassion for people navigating abusive relationships.
💙 HEART CHECK: What part of your identity deserves to be rediscovered, protected, or strengthened?
You are Heard. Healed. Here on purpose.
