  • My Intuition Made Me Move to France, Start All My Businesses, Marry the Second One (The Right One), and Find My Path with Anne Trager
    2025/08/29

In this episode, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Anne Trager, founder of The Potential Academy, to talk about the incredible ways intuition has shaped her life and career.

Anne and I dove deep into her journey from Ohio to France, how she started multiple businesses (including training as a chef and launching a publishing house!), and how listening to her gut led her to find her true path—both in work and in love. I was so inspired by Anne’s honesty about the messy, confusing, and beautiful process of following your intuition, even when it doesn’t make sense on paper.

In our conversation, Anne and I explore:

    • The subtle ways intuition shows up and how we can learn to trust it
    • Navigating those “what’s next?” moments and big life transitions
    • Why confusion is actually a powerful part of the process
    • The importance of giving yourself time to heal and grow
    • How to let go of other people’s stories so you can find your own
    • Practical tips for reclaiming your time, energy, and focus

Anne’s story is a beautiful reminder that our next step is already inside us, even if we can’t see the whole path yet. If you’re feeling stuck, searching for clarity, or ready to take your own leap, I know you’ll find so much wisdom and encouragement in this episode.

Tune in and let’s get inspired to trust our intuition, embrace the unknown, and create a life that feels truly aligned.

    2024/12/16

Let’s talk about taking bold action for a moment! This episode is all about having the courage to trust your gut, even when it involves the fear of FOMO (fear of missing out). Becky Mollenkamp shows us how focusing on what truly matters to your heart can bring BIG success.

When Becky knew that she wanted to work with entrepreneurs who care deeply about equity, social justice and who are challenging capitalist norms in their own businesses, she also knew that she would need to make big changes in her own business.

  • My Intuition made me move to another country, get married, start my own business with Raquel Serebrenik
    2024/11/28

Raquel's story is a perfect example of how we can live intuitively without being reckless. Although she took big leaps like moving to NYC from Columbia with NO job, she continually checked in with herself and her nervous system to make sure she was respecting her boundaries and giving herself what she needed in each moment.

On top of moving to NYC and starting an incredibly success business in the arts world, collaborating with artists' estates for commercial opportunities, Raquel put herself out there in the dating world to find her future husband even though she was scared. She got really clear on her needs, desires and boundaries and took the leap. She found her match, went on one date (stocked him before going - like a smart woman would do lol) and a few years later, they were married!

The most important lesson that Raquel learned was to never say yes because you are scared of missing out on something. Make sure it's a true, full body YES and it feels right to you.
