  • S10 E5 [Dirt: Rethinking Evil] Guard the House (Jesus)
    2025/10/31

In this episode, we explore how Jesus redefined purity, power, and presence. Moving through the Gospel of Mark, we see how He didn’t just resist evil—He reversed it. Holiness flowed outward from Him, restoring what was defiled and bringing people back into community. Together, we’ll unpack how this truth changes how we see sin, suffering, and even our own influence: that goodness, when rooted in Christ, spreads faster than evil ever could.

    WEEKLY REFLECTION

    • Where in your life does the “house” of your heart or team feel like it has closed windows or stagnant air?
      • What practical step can you take this week to open a window and invite the Holy Spirit’s breath in?
    • Reflect on a moment when you operated in technique instead of intimacy (prayed a formula, followed a “deliverance script,” etc.).
      • What changed when you shifted your posture toward relational dependence instead?
    • When you think of “evil as dirt” (parasite, corrosion, not equal to God), what areas of your work or culture are you tempted to treat with fear or reaction instead of cleaning and clearing with truth, presence and wise boundary-keeping?

  • S10 E4 [Dirt: Rethinking Evil] Guard with Wisdom (Stand)
    2025/10/24

In this episode, we look at what it really means to guard the house with wisdom. Building on the biblical model of sacred space, we explore how evil operates subtly—not through dramatic battles, but through small distortions of the good. Together, we’ll look at how Scripture invites us to live alert but unafraid, creating sacred spaces in our minds, homes, and communities where truth and wisdom keep the house strong.

    WEEKLY REFLECTION:

    Truth → Wisdom → Unity

    • What truth do I need to tell or face this week so that my space, home, team, or church can move from chaos toward order and peace?

    Guarding the House

    • Where is God asking me to establish or strengthen a boundary that protects hearts through prayer, accountability, or process without turning into control or fear?

    Wisdom in the Gray

    • In a current decision, what would it look like to act wisely, not just by knowing what is right or wrong, but by applying truth to my unique situation with humility and faith?

  • S10 E2 [Dirt: Rethinking Evil] Clean with Truth (Holiness)
    2025/10/10

In Part 2 of Dirt: Rethinking Evil, we explore why evil isn’t a dark rival to God—it’s dirt that doesn’t belong in the house. Through Genesis, Leviticus, and real-life examples, we learn how to recognize distortion, clean it with truth, and live in alignment with the God who makes us whole.

    WEEKLY REFLECTION

    • Where am I currently collecting dirt from something that started as God’s gift but has become distorted in my life or leadership?(Example: ambition turned into anxiety, discipline turned into control, grace turned into passivity.)
    • When you run any situation of disorder through a simple truth test, what do you see?
      • Does it fit?
      • What fruit will result?
      • Does it lead to a free mind in Christ?
      • What do my wisest community members think?

  • S10 E1 [Dirt: Rethinking Evil] The Reality of Dirt
    2025/10/06

In this episode, we kick off the new series Dirt: Rethinking Evil with a fresh perspective: evil isn’t an equal rival to God—it’s dirt that doesn’t belong in the house. Through the story of Hezekiah in 2 Chronicles 29, we learn how to clean with truth, guard with wisdom, and extend with unity so we can live and lead from clarity instead of fear.

    WEEKLY REFLECTION:

    • CLEAN: What’s one area of your life or leadership where you sense “dirt” has built up and needs to be cleaned out this week?
    • GUARD: What boundary or guardrail do you need to put in place to keep new “dirt” from slipping back in?
    • EXTEND: Where is God calling you to extend light and goodness—beyond just keeping your own house clean—so that darkness is pushed back in your community or team?
