This isn’t about learning how to be calm all the time. A healthy nervous system needs activation. What matters is our ability to move through stress and find our way back.

Here we’ll explore nervous system regulation, chronic stress, burnout, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, sleep, fatigue, the brain-body connection, homeostasis and recovery—with practical tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Some episodes will teach. Some will be personal. And some will be guided practices where we stop talking and actually breathe, sense and practice together.
